The bribery allegations against Texas Democrat Henry Cuellar are "incredibly serious." That's what House Democratic Caucus Chairman Pete Aguilar told reporters today, adding that Cuellar is entitled to his presumption of innocence. Cuellar and his wife were indicted last week for allegedly taking nearly $600,000 in bribes from an Azerbaijani oil and gas company and a Mexican bank. He's denied any wrongdoing and intends to run for reelection.
