Newly released records are shedding some details on the murder of 22-year-old Celia Barquin Arozamena. Police arrested Collin Richards, a homeless man who was living in a camp near Coldwater Links in Iowa, where Arozamena was found dead on September 17 and charged him with her murder. The autopsy revealed that Arozamena was stabbed multiple times by a serrated knife that was at least four inches long.
