Biden-Harris Campaign Appears To Go Soft On Texas

Democratic candidates Joe Biden and Kamala Harris seem to be bringing less of a fight to Texas in the 2020 campaign. Harris had planned to make a trip to Texas, but after one of her aides tested positive for coronavirus last week, the trip was canceled even though Harris didn't need to quarantine. Early this month, the Biden campaign committed six million dollars to TV ads in Texas, which was later reduced to four million. A media ad buyer says most of Biden's Texas ads are in Spanish and are targeted at local races.
