O'Rourke Appears To Be Campaigning, But Nobody Knows For What

Former U.S. representative Beto O'Rourke is still working the crowds after his failed bids for the U.S. Senate and the White House. He's been block-walking and hand-shaking, raising questions as to whether he plans to run for governor next year. O'Rourke has criticized the state's Republicans for their handling of the pandemic, the winter storm, and election integrity laws. Lately he's active in Laredo, where the chair of the Webb County Democratic Party has asked him to help with voter engagement after the GOP clobbered the Democrats in South Texas in the 2020 elections.
